Open "EMAIL" — "Automations." Click "Create new automation."
Fill in the campaign information.
The "Days for sending" and "Time for sending" options determine the priority time for sending emails. So that the options work correctly, during the creation of an email flow, in the "Email" blocks set the time of sending to "After N days."
For example, select the "Mo," "We," "Fr" checkboxes for the "Days for sending" option, and set the "Time for sending" option to 10:00 a.m. Then, during the creation of an email flow, set the time of sending to "After 3 days" in the "Email" blocks. Launch the flow. After sending an email is triggered, the service will wait for 3 days, and then send the email on the next day that meets the conditions specified in the automation options. That is, if sending the email is triggered on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., the email will be sent next Monday at 10:00 a.m.
Specify "Add subscriber" as the starting condition of the flow.
Select a mailing list. The automation will be launched for subscribers who are added to this mailing list.
To relaunch the automation, if a subscriber is repeatedly added to the list linked to this automation, enable the "Start when a subscriber is added to the list multiple times" option.
Drag the "Email" block to the editor field and link it to the flow start. Specify in what time after adding a subscriber to the mailing list to send an email. Add a subject, for example, "Thank you for subscribing," and the content of the email. Click "Apply" to save the settings.
Bind the "Condition" block to the "Email" block. Choose opening an email as the condition for sending the next email. Set the period during which the service should wait for the condition to be met. Click "Apply" to save the settings.
Bind two "Email" blocks to the "Condition" block — one for the "no" option, the second one for the "yes" option. For each "Email" block, specify how long after meeting a condition to send the next email. For example, if you specify "After 1 day" as the sending time for each "Email" block, the email will be sent to subscribers one day after opening the "Thank you for subscribing" email, and the second email will be sent to subscribers three days after sending the "Thank you for subscribing" email.
Add the subject and content of the emails. Save the blocks settings.
Continue to develop the flow using the "Condition" and "Email" blocks.
Add a goal for better segmentation of recipients. For example, add three "Goal" blocks into the editor field — "Opened all emails," "Opened some emails," "Not opened any emails." Enable the option "Stop series for the subscriber if the goal is triggered." Connect each "Goal" block with the appropriate flow branch.
Go to the "Stat and conversions" tab on the automation page to track statistics on it.
