  The project has not been in existence on the market for more than 3 years;
  
  The startup is not an online shop or a conventional online business (in our understanding, these categories are not a startup).
What is the duration of the program?
- The grant is provided for one year. Any unused money at the expiration of this period will disappear from your account.
What services can I pay for with the grant?
- All money can be used to pay for any SendPulse services other than SMS services.
I have been using SendPulse. Can I participate?
- Yes, you can participate in the program.
Why SendPulse?

How long does it take for the application to be processed?
- Applications for participation in the program are considered within three business days. If you are accepted into the program, the grant will be credited to your SendPulse account.
