Who can participate in the program?
- Everyone who meets the following criteria can participate:
  
  Innovative product on the market;
  
  The project has been on the market for less than three years;
  
  The startup is not an online shop or another common online business (we don’t consider these categories a startup).
What is the duration of the program?
- The grant is provided for one year. Any unused money at the expiration of this period will disappear from your account.
What services can I pay for with the grant?
- The funds can be used to purchase any service pricing plan, except for the email verifier, SMS service, and Viber and WhatsApp messages.
Can I participate in a program if I am already a SendPulse user?
- Yes, you can participate in the program.
Why does SendPulse offer this program?

How long does SendPulse process the application?
- Application for participation in the program is considered within three business days. If you are accepted into the program, the grant will be credited to your SendPulse account.
