Add an academy

Create a course

Add a course to your academy. Map out your course program and create lessons, tests, and other content. Choose a course format, set course options, and upload a certificate of completion.

Set a course price

You can create both free and paid courses. Students will be able to access paid courses only after paying for them. You can keep track of all payments in CRM > Payments.

There are multiple ways to receive payments for your courses:

through your course page;
through the Payment widget on any website;
through student accounts;
through payment links;
through chatbots;
through pop-ups.

If you use other payment methods, you can update payment statuses man/lly or automatically using the Action element in Automation and Chatbots.

You can also create promo codes for paid courses to offer discounts and enhance your marketing strategy.

Manage instructors

By default, every course has an instructor — the account owner who created it. You can invite more instructors and manage their access to specific courses and SendPulse tools. To make student management easier, you can also assign certain students to specific instructors. Instructors can update course content, view submitted questions and assignments, and reply to students directly.

To stay informed and manage your team effectively, you can view your course history and add comments.

Invite students

There are several ways to enroll students in a course:

through self-enrollment and payments made using your website;
using students’ email addresses;
using the Course Login element on your website;
using the Courses element in your pop-ups;
automatically through an Automation action;
automatically through a Chatbot action.

LMS-type courses require manual student enrollment. Students will receive their account login credentials through email.

Every enrolled student has a card with their progress, courses, payments, and more.

Communicate with students and give feedback

SendPulse’s online course builder offers multiple ways to stay in touch with students, keep them motivated, answer their questions, and deliver personalized feedback.

There are multiple ways to communicate with students:

Lesson comments and questions. Students can ask questions on every lesson, and instructors can respond directly.

You can track all or individual students’ progress in student cards or the CRM section. This helps you spot students who may be falling behind and offer support. On top of that, in Courses > Analytics, you’ll find detailed course statistics.

Analyze student reviews

Students can rate course sections, lessons, and tests to help you understand what works and what doesn’t. With their feedback, you can make your content more relevant, reorganize your course program if needed, and create a better learning experience.

Automate your course

You can use Automation to trigger event-based communication with students across SendPulse’s tools. Automatically enroll students in courses, assign tags, update payment statuses, manage course access, block or remove students, and send messages.
