Digital product basics
Digital products are intangible goods, such as eBooks, music, or online courses. In SendPulse’s CRM system, you can create product cards, sell digital products online, and automatically deliver files or links after payment.
With digital products, you can:
- offer one-time purchases or subscriptions;
- add a sample so that clients can try your product before purchasing;
- capture payments through your website, chatbot, or payment link;
- automatically deliver your product as a link or file through a chatbot or Automation after payment;
- link a product to a course to grant access after payment.
Let's talk about how to create digital products in SendPulse.
Create a digital product
To create a digital product, first create a product card and add the information needed to sell it.
Go to eCommerce > Products. Click Add product and select the Digital product type. Add a name, description, image, and other details.

Choose a payment model:
| One-time payment | Customers pay only once. |
| Subscription | Customers are charged automatically on a recurring schedule using the payment method they choose. |
Add payment options
To sell your product, link it to a sales channel and payment method of your choice:
| Website | Add the Product or Product catalog widget in the website builder and select the product. |
| Chatbot | Add the CRM Product element to your flow and select the product and payment provider. |
| Payment link | In a deal, on the Products tab, add the product, then generate a payment link. |
One-time payments support all available payment providers, but subscriptions support only WayForPay.
Choose a delivery method
If you’ve configured the Product post-purchase delivery method, you can automatically deliver your product as a file or link using SendPulse tools.
In Chatbots, you can keep your flow running after receiving a payment for a CRM product to send a product link or grant access.
In Automation, you can create an automated flow and send your product by email using a variable with the product link.
Track payments and subscriptions
You can view payments and subscriptions for digital products in eCommerce > Payments. Here, you can view payment details, including buyer contacts, statuses, and dates, as well as confirm or reject a payment.
