How to view payment data

All payments processed through SendPulse or third-party tools are automatically logged in your CRM system. This feature allows you to monitor customer payments, access contact and product data, and maintain accurate accounting records.

In this article, we will talk about how to view your payment data and associated statistics.

Go to E-Commerce > Payments.

The Payments tab

All payments processed through the CRM system are saved to this tab. For example, these can be manual payments for products and services or payments processed through third-party tools, with their data automatically imported into SendPulse.
