Sources of automatically added deals and contacts
You can add deals manually or set up integrations to automatically create deals after communicating with a client on one of the communication channels. Integrate CRM with chatbots, email services, landing pages, payment systems, pop-ups, subscription forms in SendPulse, and other services.
When you create deals in CRM, contacts are also automatically created. If you transfer duplicates, you need to merge them into one contact. Contacts are identified in all SendPulse services by matching the main email address.
Payments
Create deals with contact data automatically using payments received via chatbots, websites or cources. You can choose the pipeline and stage where you want to add deals based on the payment status.
By default, all deals are added to the first pipeline in your CRM system. You can select the pipeline and pipeline stage to which you want to add deals based on their payment statuses in pipeline settings.
Go to Settings > General, and select the deal stage to which you want to add deals based on their payment status:
New payment | The user initiated a payment by clicking a Payment button, but the payment hasn't been marked as Successful or Unsuccessful yet. |
Successful payment | The payment was completed successfully, and the money will be sent to the selected payment system. |
Unsuccessful payment | Payment failed. |
If you don’t select a deal stage, then all payment deals will be added to the first pipeline stage.
Payment information, including amount, currency, product name, status, and date, will appear in the Payments tab of your deal and contact cards.
Via chatbots
Go to the chatbot flow builder in the Chatbots section. In the Message element for the Payment button, specify your deal name and the pipeline where you want to store it.
Via bio link pages
Go to the bio link page builder in the Websites section. In the settings of the Payment element, specify your deal name and the pipeline where you want to store it.

Chatbot

Go to the chatbot flow builder in the Chatbots section. Add the Action element, and select the Create deal action.
Select a pipeline and deal stage — the pipeline and stage to place a deal card. Then, enter a deal name. You can also add a variable to the deal name to pass custom data.
You can also automatically create contacts once new subscribers appear in your chatbot's audience.
The following data will be transferred to the CRM system:
In contact cards |
In the General tab, you will see when a contact was created, your chatbot subscriber's username and link, and the Your contact's phone number and email address will appear once they share this information in your flow. |
In deal cards | In the General tab, you will see when your deal was created and the Chatbots source. |
Automation
Set up automatic deal creation with contact data after certain conditions are met, for example, following a link or receiving an event.
Go to the flow builder in the A360 section. Add the Action element, and select the Create deal action or Create contact action.
Select the status of the deal — at which stage of the pipeline to place the deal card, and assign someone on your team to manage the client.
You can also choose what data to transfer to the CRM system using variables.
To map Automation variables to CRM fields, click Map fields. Then, select Automation variables in one column and CRM fields in the other. Your deal variable values in Automation will have the _deal
suffix. These variables will sync with CRM deal fields, while variable values without this suffix will sync with contact fields.
You can create deals and contacts using any flow trigger. However, you can add variables only if your flow uses a CRM trigger.
Optionally, you can create email flows using CRM-specific Automation templates.
The following data will be transferred to the CRM system:
In contact cards |
In the General tab, you will see when a contact was created and the If you've mapped fields, contact data from your flow trigger will appear in the relevant contact fields. |
