CRM system basics

The CRM system is a SendPulse tool where you can manage customer interactions and collaborate with your team. Using the CRM system, you can handle sales, store customer data, and organize your company's workflow.

To get started, log in to your SendPulse account and go to the CRM section. On the left sidebar, you will see tabs with the tool features.

A well-configured CRM system starts with a pipeline and a set of deals. This helps map out your customers' journey from first interactions to purchase.

Create a pipeline

Add pipeline stages to easily track changes and view them as a Kanban board, list, or calendar.

Within your pipeline, add deals, assign team members to them, add customer data, include notes, and view deal history.

Add deal fields to your pipeline settings to store key data. You can also group fields into relevant tabs in deal cards.

Add contacts

Store all customer data in CRM contacts. Every contact has a card with information about customer interactions, phone numbers, email addresses, comments, message history, calls, and related deals.

You can also export contacts to a file, import them to the CRM system, and remove duplicates.

Process contact data

Add contact fields and tags to your settings to store key data and segment customers. You can also group fields into relevant tabs in contact cards.

Link contacts to tasks and deals to manage different parts of your workflow.

To reach a contact directly through the CRM system, use integrations.

Track tasks

Create a board in the CRM system to follow task progress and delegate responsibilities across your team.

Organize your company's workflow by assigning specific tasks to team members. All tasks are stored on boards and categorized by their status.

Every task is a card where you can outline requirements, set deadlines, and assign team members. Create and use templates based on your previous tasks.

Add task fields and tags to your settings to store workflow details. You can also group fields into relevant tabs in task cards.

Configure eCommerce

Create products to store up-to-date stock information and integrate with your website and chatbots. You can add text and images to product descriptions and create categories to optimize your online store.

View data about payments processed through the CRM system, including payment statuses, payer data, and transaction date and time.

You can also connect your corporate email inbox to view and respond to emails directly through the CRM system.

Upload files

Add essential files and share them with your team.

Using the file manager, you can create folders, add files in various formats, and attach them to contacts, tasks, and deals.

Distribute access rights in your team

Share access to SendPulse tools and company information with specific team members to ensure data security.

Create automated flows

You can use Automation to run automated flows based on events from the CRM system and other SendPulse tools. Create new deals, contacts, and tasks, update fields and tags, change deal and task stages, and send messages to clients.

In the CRM section, go to your pipeline, task board, or the Contacts tab. Click the flow icon. Click Create flow and set up your automated flow.
