Pricing plan basics
Pricing plans in SendPulse determine which features are available in your account and what limits apply to each tool. Your pricing plan affects the number of contacts, subscribers, and students you can have, as well as the features you can access.
Let's talk about how pricing plans work in SendPulse.
What is a pricing plan?
A pricing plan makes a specific set of features and resources available to you at a given price.
Pricing plans control the following:
- available features;
- usage limits, such as the number of contacts, subscribers, and more;
- supported integrations or add-ons;
- storage size and other settings.
Switch between pricing plans and upgrade or downgrade as needed. For example, you can reduce your email sending limit or increase the limit on chatbot subscribers.
You can also subscribe to renew your pricing plan automatically every month, every six months, or every year.
SendPulse plan overview
Pricing plans are organized into tiers and may differ depending on the SendPulse tool.
To view pricing plan terms in your account, go to the relevant section and open the Pricing plans tab.

Email plans are based on the number of contacts.

Within your pricing plan, you can also choose the subscriber count that fits your mailing list size. You can select up to 5 million contacts, with pricing adjusted accordingly. By default, all pricing plans start at up to 500 contacts.
Automation
Automation connects SendPulse tools and helps you build automated flows. To access advanced automation features, you need a paid pricing plan in either the email marketing service, CRM system, or chatbot builder.
You can also use the pricing plan builder to create a custom set of features.
Chatbots
Chatbot builder plans are based on the number of subscribers and created chatbots.

Choose between 500 and 100,000 subscribers. Pricing will adjust accordingly. This pricing plan includes additional features, including payment processing, file storage, and more. To learn more, see Chatbot builder pricing. |
CRM
CRM system plans are mainly based on the number of invited account users.

To invite more users to your account, go to the pricing page and find the More account users section. Select the number of user seats and click Add users.
To expand your file storage, select the number of gigabytes and click Buy.
If you add storage space or invite more users, you will be charged only for the days when these resources are used in the current month.
Websites
Website builder plans are mainly based on the number of created websites.

| PRO | An expanded set of features* with higher limits, supporting 2 websites and 2 bio link pages. |
| Enterprise | The full set of features*, supporting up to 50 websites or bio link pages. |

Pop-ups
Pop-up builder plans are based on the number of impressions and linked websites.

| PRO | An expanded set of features. You can choose from 10,000 monthly views, which comes with 3 websites and 10 pop-ups, to 2,000,000 monthly views, which has no limits. Pricing depends on your selection. |

Push
Push service plans are based on the number of subscribers.
