Subscription basics
A subscription automatically renews your pricing plan, so you don't need to pay for it manually each time. Once set up, your plan renews at the end of each billing period to prevent interruptions.
Let's talk about how SendPulse subscriptions work.
What is a subscription?
A subscription is a payment model that renews your pricing plan automatically. This way, your card or account balance is charged once per billing period to cover the plan cost.
Once you subscribe, your plan will be activated, automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, and charged accordingly.
A pricing plan and a subscription serve different purposes. Pricing plans define what you get, such as features, limits, and resources, while subscriptions define how you pay, including the payment method and billing frequency. For example, your plan can be Standard, and your subscription can be annual.
Billing period
To renew your pricing plan, you can choose from the following billing periods:
- every month;
- every 6 months (limited only to certain plans);
- every year.
The billing period only affects how often you are charged. It does not change the features included in your pricing plan.
Subscription setup
To subscribe, go to the relevant SendPulse tool in your account, open the Pricing plans tab, and choose a plan. In the Billing period section, decide how often you'd prefer to be charged: monthly, every 6 months, or annually.

Click Activate and complete the payment.
