How to upgrade your pricing plan automatically

You can automatically upgrade your pricing plan when you reach its limits. It keeps your tools running smoothly so that clients continue receiving your emails, notifications, automated chatbot flows, and more without interruptions.

Enable automated plan upgrades

You can enable automated upgrades in your account settings or when purchasing a pricing plan.

Here’s how automated pricing plan upgrades work:

Email Upgraded when you reach the unique subscriber limit.
Chatbots Upgraded when you exceed the total number of subscribers across all chatbots.
Pop-ups Upgraded when you reach the monthly pop-up view limit.

Your pricing plan will be upgraded for one month. If your tool usage metrics drop to earlier indicators, you will switch back to your previous pricing plan. Similarly, if they go up again, your plan will be upgraded once more.

In your account settings

Go to your Account settings > Payments > Automated plan upgrade. Select the tools whose pricing plans you want to upgrade automatically.

Click Save.

At checkout

Select a pricing plan and proceed to checkout.

Make sure you select the Upgrade automatically when reaching plan limits checkbox.

Once you purchase your pricing plan, it will be upgraded automatically when you reach its limits.

Adjust plan upgrade settings

To cancel automated upgrades, go to Account settings > Payments > Automated plan upgrade, and clear a required checkbox. Click Save.
