Video file protection in the Education by SendPulse app
Course file protection ensures controlled access to eLearning content within the Education by SendPulse app. It helps you protect your intellectual property and promotes a well-organized learning experience.
The app’s video protection principles are as follows:
| Video storage limits | Students cannot save downloaded videos to their devices. They can only watch videos in the Education by SendPulse app. |
| Locking access for deleted or blocked students | Once you delete or block a student, their access to all videos and other course content will be automatically revoked. |
| Course access limits | Once the course completion time expires, the system will automatically revoke students’ access to all course content. |
| Status-based availability | Once you delete a lesson with a video, this video will no longer be accessible to students. |
| Removing files from the file manager | Once you delete a video from the file manager, it will no longer be accessible to students. |
Content protection ensures that only authorized students can access course content based on their status. Students cannot save videos to their devices, which helps prevent unauthorized distribution.
