Generate an email reply in CRM using AI
Use AI in the Inbox section of the CRM system to draft replies to client emails. The AI generates a reply based on your prompt and opens it as a draft in the response window. You can then edit and send it like any other email.

Create a reply draft
Open the Inbox section and select the email you want to reply to. Click the AI button next to it.
In the dialog, describe the reply you want the AI to generate. Include details like the purpose of your message, conversation context, key points, and tone.
To create a clear and effective prompt, include the following:
- Email context. Specify who you are replying to and the subject of the original email.
- Reply goal. Define the purpose of the reply, such as answering a question, confirming a deal, escalating an issue, or scheduling a meeting.
- Key points. List the information the reply must include, such as pricing, next steps, or contact details.
- Tone. Choose a tone that matches the client relationship, such as friendly, professional, formal, or supportive.
To edit text without writing a prompt, click the AI button and choose Quick actions. Select one of the options:
| Custom prompt | Apply a saved prompt by selecting it from the list. |
| Tone | Change the tone to friendly, professional, motivational, neutral, or informal. |
| Text actions | Paraphrase, simplify, shorten, fix mistakes, summarize, or compose a reply. |
| Translate | Translate the selected text into another supported language. |
Once you add all the necessary information, click the icon.
Apply the email draft
The AI will generate the email response in a few seconds. Click Answer to open a window to edit and send email. To generate another version, click New prompt and update your prompt.
