The Repeat element in chatbots

The Repeat element allows you to execute actions at specific time intervals. Once added, it triggers all subsequent elements at a set frequency. You can use this element to send payment reminders, recurring notifications, or other updates automatically.

Configure repeat intervals

Using the Repeat element, you can define how often subsequent flow elements will be triggered. Configure the settings as follows:

Repetition period Time after which subsequent flow elements are executed (from 15 minutes to 60 days).
Maximum repeats per contact Maximum number of subsequent element executions per contact (from 1 to 100).
Continue flow Message sending condition (if the user is inactive or always).

In chatbot conversations, you can view and cancel queued repeat messages if needed.

In the flow builder, you can also view the number of contacts queued for upcoming messages.

Configure repeating elements

Add the first element to be repeated and link it to the Repeat element. This and all subsequent elements will be repeated based on your configured settings.

You can link the Repeat element to any element except for another Repeat element or the Flow element that includes a Repeat element, preventing recursion.

To send messages only on business days, add a day-of-the-week filter after the Repeat element. The repeat will still run daily, but your flow will continue only on the specified days.

You can also add the Pause element to limit message delivery to a specific time frame and ensure they are sent only on the selected day and hour.
