How to view automated flows
If you create automated flows for different purposes, events, and customer requests, your list may span multiple pages, with the oldest entries at the end. To make it easier to navigate, you can sort and filter your automated flows and pin the most important ones to the top of the list.
In this article, we will talk about how to navigate your list of automated flows easily.
Go to Automation > Dashboard to view the list of automated flows you created.
How to filter and sort automated flows
You can filter your automated flows by the following criteria:
- Flow name;
- Mailing list name;
- Campaign status (
New
,Active
,Paused
, orAll
); - Sender email address;
- Sender name.
You can also filter your campaigns by dates created (ascending or descending), status, and flow type (active or stopped).
Flow statuses
Next to every flow, you will see its status.
New | A flow that hasn't been launched yet. |
Active | A started flow whose elements are being executed (in a queue or already sent). |
Paused | A stopped flow that has been active and includes executed elements. |
To filter the list by one of the statuses, click it.
How to pin automated flows
For quick access to the most important flows, you can pin them to the top of your list.
Click the three dots next to its name, and select Add to favorites.
You can also click the star icon next to a flow name.
Afterward, a yellow star will appear next to the name, and this flow will always be pinned to the top of the list, even if you use sorting.
Your pricing plan determines the allowed number of pinned flows.
- Free — 0;
- Basic CRM and Lite CRM — 1;
- Standard — 3;
- Pro — 10;
- Enterprise — no limits.
To unpin a flow, click the star icon to unfill it, or click the three dots > Remove from favorites.
How to view statistics
You can see an infographic that shows the statistics of the Email and SMS elements in your flows. You can filter the data by time (all time, last week, month, quarter) or select a specific timeframe.
To view the statistics of a specific automated flow, click the three dots next to its name, and select Overview.
