How to work with the calendar

Using the calendar in our CRM system, you can view deals by date to effectively manage resources and schedule deadlines.

To access the calendar, go to your pipeline, and select the Calendar view.

The calendar displays all the deals where you have set a due date.

If a deal starts and ends on the same day, it will take up one cell of that day. Deals that run for a long time will take up several cells in the calendar.

Today is highlighted in yellow.

On the right, select the period for which you want to view deals:

Day View your deals for the selected day. The time is displayed on the left. Deal cards are displayed above deal completion timelines.
Week View your deals for that week. The day of the week is displayed at the top, and the time is displayed on the left.
Month View your deals for that month. The day of the week is displayed at the top.

You can also use the arrows on the left to navigate the calendar. If you select the Month view, the arrow will move one month forward or backward; if you choose the Week view, it will move a week forward or backward; if you select the Day view, it will move a day ahead or back.

You can also create a deal in the calendar. Click a cell in the required time period, and you will be able to create a new deal.
