SMTP limits

Certain restrictions are applied while using SMTP with SendPulse. There are limits on the number of sent emails per hour, per day and the number of domains in use.

* 1.For “Pay as you go” service plans the number of emails is calculated based on the size of the message up to 100 Kb. If this size limit is exceeded, multiple emails will be deducted from your total available emails.
2. For “Monthly Subscription” service plans, the volume of email traffic can be purchased additionally. When you update your service plan or switch to another plan, the available volume of traffic is not transferred.
3. Free service plan limits: 400 emails per day. You can also add up to 2 email addresses (not domains) as a sender.
