Auto-recharge your balance to keep SendPulse tools running smoothly and save time on manual top-ups.

You can top up your balance automatically through credit/debit cards or PayPal.

Auto-recharges do not apply to payments made using Pix, Boleto Bancario, cryptocurrency, receipts, contracts, invoices, or when you pay on behalf of an EU VAT-registered company.

To recharge your balance automatically, enable this option in your account settings or top up your balance using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

If you select the I am paying on behalf of an EU VAT-registered company checkbox at checkout, your payments will be processed by a different provider that doesn’t support auto-recharges. In this case, automatic top-ups will not be available for your account.

In your account settings

Go to Account settings > Payments > Auto-recharge balance.

This setting is visible but disabled until you top up your balance manually using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Afterward, auto-recharges become enabled by default.

Type in a minimum balance amount for auto-recharges and a top-up amount. Click Save to enable auto-recharges.

During a manual top-up

Click your profile picture > Add funds. At the bottom of the page, type in a minimum balance amount for auto-recharges and a top-up amount. Click Save. Once you top up your balance, auto-recharges will be enabled.

By default, once you top up your balance manually using a credit/debit card or PayPal, your account will be automatically topped up with 20 USD when the balance is below 1 USD. Automated payments will be processed using your account currency at the current exchange rate.

To cancel auto-recharges, turn off the Auto-recharge balance toggle in your account settings.
