How to Delete Temporary Files in Browsers
Cookies, and other temporary site files are stored in your browser’s cache to make page loading faster on repeat visits.
If you notice that a site takes longer to load than usual or that an outdated version of the page is loading, it is worth clearing your temporary browser files.
By clearing temporary files, the browser will be able to load the latest version of the pages — this will help eliminate 404 and 505 errors, improve browser performance, and even free up space on your computer's hard drive.
