Connect RozetkaPay as a payment system
You can add a payment button to your chatbot, create payment links in SendPulse’s CRM system, and send them to customers to accept payments through RozetkaPay. This payment system supports flexible options like cash on delivery and installment payments.
In this article, we’ll talk about how to integrate RozetkaPay with SendPulse.
Create a RozetkaPay account
To sign up, go to business.rozetkapay.com, enter your phone number, and click Continue. You’ll receive a one-time password through SMS. Enter it and click Verify.
After verification, enter your phone number again and start creating your account. Select a registration type, enter your Taxpayer ID or EDRPOU code, and click Continue.

Provide the following information:
- Company information, including the number of employees and corporate email address.
- Sales platform, store name, and your website link.
- IBAN.
- Time in business.
- Planned monthly revenue.
- License number (if applicable).
Choose your passport type and upload the required document copies in .jpeg, .png, .doc, or .pdf. Click Sign documents and sign them using your QES key.
Required documents may differ depending on the information you’ve shared earlier.
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an electronic agreement through email. Sign it with your QES key, send it back as a reply, and wait for your merchant account to be activated.
Copy your merchant login and password
Once you sign the agreement, you’ll receive an email with your RozetkaPay login and password. Copy these credentials — you’ll need them to set up the payment system.
Connect RozetkaPay to SendPulse
Log in to your SendPulse account and go to Account settings > Accept payments.
Next to RozetkaPay, click Connect.

In the Integration name field, edit your merchant name.
Enter the merchant login and password sent to you by email after you registered in the RozetkaPay dashboard and signed the agreement.
In the Currency field, select a product currency.

Click Save. If the values are correct, you will receive a notification, and the connection status will change to Connected.
To add another merchant of the same payment system, click the three dots icon next to the payment system, and select Add one more merchant. Follow the same steps you went through when connecting RozetkaPay.
We recommend using a different name for your other merchant so that you can identify it easily. This name will only be available in your account — your clients will not see it.

You can now select this payment option when adding buttons in SendPulse tools. You can view the payment history in the same tab. Mark the list of successful transactions or payment errors in order to quickly respond to them.
