Client request routing

Clients can find project partners through automated matching or by contacting a specific partner. All requests, along with relevant project and contact details, automatically appear in the CRM system. This helps partners respond quickly and keep track of new opportunities.

In this article, we will talk about how SendPulse routes client requests and how to manage them.

Routing methods

Clients can reach partners automatically through matched requests. Alternatively, they can choose and contact a specific partner manually.

Automated matching

When a client clicks Find a partner in the catalog and submits a request, the system will automatically send it to three different partners that meet the selected criteria. Each partner can contact the client, and the client then chooses the partner they prefer.

Manual requests

Clients can also choose and send a request to a specific partner from the catalog manually. In this case, their request will go to the chosen partner instead of being shared across the system.

If a request goes unanswered for 3 days, the client will be invited to choose another partner. To increase your chances of securing projects, we recommend responding to clients promptly.

Clients can look for partners using the following filters:

Services Task type, such as design and HTML markup or CRM setup.
Country Partner location.
Language

Language preference.

Partners who list the client’s selected language as their primary will appear first, followed by those who list it as a non-primary language.

Partner type Agency or freelancer.
Partner status Tier within SendPulse's partner program, for example, Silver Partner.
Title or name Company or personal name.

Client request management

Catalog requests automatically appear in the CRM system under a new pipeline named SendPulse Leads. If you have multiple pipelines, catalog requests will be added to the first one.

Every request creates a deal with the relevant project and contact details.

We recommend enabling deal notifications in your account settings so that you don’t miss new requests.

How to manage deal stages:

  • If you’re negotiating with a client, move the deal to In progress.
  • If you’re not going to move forward with a project, set the deal stage to Closed - Lost.
  • If you’ve successfully completed a project, set the deal stage to Closed - Won. Your client will automatically receive a feedback request email.

Positive reviews help build trust and attract new clients. The Partner Catalog ranks your profile using your number of completed projects, client reviews, and rating.
