How to view deals

You can track deals and their data at all deal stages. In this article, we will talk about how to find your deals, select a view mode, and view deal cards and linked information.

View your deal list

Go to your pipeline, and select a view mode: kanban, list, or calendar. You can also use filters to sort deals by criteria.

In the Kanban mode, deals are displayed as cards at deal stages with the following data: deal name, deal source, date created, linked contact, deal amount and currency, due date, assignee, and number of comments.

In the List mode, deals are displayed as rows. You can view every deal’s name, source, amount, currency, due date, assignee, and deal fields. You can also click the three dots to add or remove fields.

In the Calendar mode, deal names are displayed in their corresponding date cells.

In the Dashboard tab, you can view general deal information.

View your deal card

To open a deal card, click it.

In the upper corner, you can view your deal name, ID, stage, and assignee.

You can view more deal data in the following tabs:

General Includes information about your deal amount and currency, deal type, and deal fields.

You can also click a field to change it. Read more: How to edit your deal.

In the Created section, you can view your deal creation date and deal source.

In the Contact section, you can view contact information and reach out to them. To view more information about your contact and edit its data, click it.

You can also unlink a contact and add a new one.

In the Files section, you can view and add new files.

In the History section, you can view comments from your team members and deal-related events.

Payments Includes information about deal payments: payment method, amount, description, status, and transaction date.

In this tab, you can also generate payment links and share them with your clients.

Tasks Includes information about linked tasks.

In your task, you can view its name, task board status, due date, and assignee.

If you don’t have linked tasks, click Create task.

To edit a task or view a task card, click it.

To unlink a task, click the unlink icon next to your task name.

Calls Includes client activity data: call date and time, duration, type (incoming, outgoing, missed), recording, and the team member who interacted with your client.
