The CRM Product element in chatbots

Use the CRM Product element to show product cards in chatbot messages and process payments without manually entering product details.

For example, you can add a specific CRM product or subscription to a chatbot flow and let customers complete the purchase through your selected payment system. This setup works well for paid access scenarios, such as Telegram group subscriptions.

Let’s talk about how to add and configure the CRM Product element in a message.

Add the CRM Product element

In the Message element, click Add and select CRM Product.

Configure the CRM Product element

Use these settings to control what customers see in your message and how they purchase your CRM product.

You can configure the following options:

Accept payments via Select a payment system.

For one-time payments, you can use any supported payment system. For subscriptions, only WayForPay is supported.

CRM products and subscriptions Choose products and subscriptions you want to show in your message.
Button text Enter a button label.

Once you finish customizing the element, click Apply to save the changes.

If the product currency does not match your selected payment method currency, select a payment method with the same currency or update the product currency in the CRM system.
