Export tasks
You can export tasks from SendPulse’s CRM system as a file to save key information, share it with other team members, create reports, or process it as a spreadsheet. This helps you analyze workload, allocate resources, or integrate with external systems.
In this article, we will talk about how to select and export tasks.
Select tasks
Go to the My tasks section and click your board. You can select tasks from the list or use filters.
If you don’t select specific tasks, all tasks on your board will be exported.
To use filters, click Filter, select your criteria, and click Select. Only the tasks that match your selected criteria will be shown and exported.

You can also select tasks manually. To do this, select the List display mode and choose relevant tasks.

Create a file
Click Export and choose a file format: XLSX, CSV, or XLS. Wait until the file is ready — you’ll see a notification in the upper right corner.
Export files include the following fields:
- task name;
- task description;
- assigned team member;
- start and end dates;
- task creation date;
- linked deal;
- added contacts (email address, phone number, and name);
- custom fields.
File generation runs in the background and may take some time depending on the number of records. Don’t reload the page until the export is complete.

Download the file
Once your file is ready, you’ll find it in the export menu. Its name will include the date created and file format. Click Export, then click your file name to download it. The file will be downloaded to your device.
You can also re-download one of the five most recent export files without generating a new one.
