How to navigate to the app directory
The SendPulse app directory allows users to expand their account features using pre-made solutions. It includes solutions for data exchange between SendPulse and other tools that can manage contacts, launch automated flows, and take other actions.
Let’s talk about how to find, set up, and manage an app or integration in your account.
Find a solution
The app directory has two types of solutions:
Applications | Apps you can install and manage in your SendPulse account. |
Integrations | External integrations you can set up by visiting their resources and managing them outside your SendPulse account. |
To find an app or integration, you can filter them by SendPulse tools or category.
If you know the solution's name, you can type it in the search field.
Set up an app
You can install and set up solutions that have been added as apps. To do this, go to the Applications tab.
Install an app
To install an app, click it and, in the expanded window, click Install. Grant permission to use your account data and follow the setup instructions.
In the app window, you can find a setup guide. You can also find setup guides for SendPulse-developed apps in the For users section.
If the app is paid, the Purchase button will appear instead of the Install button. Click it and select a payment method.
On the payment system page, enter your email address, phone number, name, and card information, and complete the payment.
Once your payment is successful, you will get access to the app.
Manage the app
To view all installed apps, go to App Directory > Home > Installed.
Next to the app, click the three dots and select an action:
Preview | Opens the app page, where you can view and change its settings. |
Delete | Deletes the app and all its settings and permissions. |
