Email service basics
With the SendPulse email service, you can send bulk emails to your subscribers and streamline your campaigns. Access mailing list management tools, email templates, subscription forms, and statistics collection features to analyze and enhance your email performance.
First, log in to your SendPulse account and go to the Email section. Then, select a tab from the left sidebar.
The SendPulse email service allows you to:
- Import contacts with all their data.
- Create emails using a wide range of templates or a versatile builder.
- Segment your audience and conduct A/B testing to personalize your campaigns.
- Integrate other SendPulse tools to grow your audience, including the chatbot builder, website and subscription form builder, web push notification service, and many others.
- Automate your campaigns using flows with personalized emails.

Configure your email sender address
Add your sender domain to increase recognition and set up SPF and DKIM authentication to prevent your emails from landing in spam folders.

Create a mailing list and import contacts
Mailing lists help organize and maintain your subscriber base.

You can also create segments and assign tags to contacts to sort them and create personalized campaigns.
Create a template
Select a template from our catalog, create your own using the builder, or import a file.

Configure an unsubscribe link and page
Every campaign must include an unsubscribe link. You can set it up as a button or personalize it for certain users.

Send campaigns to your subscribers' email addresses, assign tags to them, create A/B tests, and build AMP emails.
You can also schedule your campaigns, use categories, or resend emails to users who never opened your emails.
View statistics
All campaign statistics will appear on your dashboard. You can monitor email opens, clickthroughs, errors, etc.
