Online store basics

With the website builder, you can easily launch your online store to showcase products, accept payments, and send customer data to other SendPulse tools to stay in touch. This allows you to establish a consistent online presence, streamline your sales workflows, and offer a seamless shopping experience.

Let’s talk about how to connect an online store, set up product cards, and customize your cart page.

Connect your online store

Go to your website's settings > the Online store tab, and turn on the Connect an online store toggle. The Product widget will become available, and the cart page will be added to your website.

In online store settings, you can select a store currency and add a delivery option.

Add your product card

With the Product widget, you can add and customize product cards on your website page to give potential customers a complete view of your product.

Go to the page builder and add the Product widget. In the widget panel, click Add Product and add a name, description, properties, options, number, price, and image. Then, customize your card style.

You can add extra widgets, for example, FAQ or Chatbots, top menus, and footers with your contact details to help with orders and enhance your website navigation. Learn more: How to work with site elements, Adding Widgets, and How to customize your page style.

Customize your cart

Once you turn on the Connect online store toggle, a page with the Cart widget will automatically be added to your website. On the cart page, you can customize your page style, products, order form, and connect analytics.

View payments

You can view payments in Site > Statistics > Payment Statistics, in Account Settings > Payments, and in the Email and CRM sections if you have connected them.

Payment data sent to the CRM system will be added to CRM > eCommerce > Payments. A contact and a deal will be created with the selected product name and connected contact, and product information will be saved in the comments.

Payment data sent to the Email section will be used to create a contact in your selected mailing list — this applies only to users who have completed a payment successfully.
