How Automation 360 works when a paid tariff expires

A user account does not automatically switch to a free tariff upon expiration of a paid tariff. An automation flow launched while the paid tariff is in effect stops after the paid tariff expires. To continue the work of the automation refill the balance or switch to the free tariff.

If the SendPulse service receives an event that starts the automation flow after expiration of a paid tariff and before it is renewed or changed to a free tariff, the contacts for which this event is received are stored in the main trigger. After renewing the paid tariff or switching to a free tariff, the flow will automatically start for all contacts that are in the main trigger at the moment of the tariff activation. Contacts are deleted from the main trigger four days after they get there if the tariff is not renewed.

At the free tariff, automation flows are sent within the limits of the tariff (15,000 emails to 2500 subscribers).
