SendPulse in 2025: Global Growth, an AI Revolution, and Big Plans Ahead

2025 was a big year for SendPulse. We rolled out more than 228 major product updates, expanded our partner program, and brought powerful new AI capabilities to the platform. None of it happened in a vacuum — it was built alongside the customers and partners who rely on these tools every day to grow their businesses.

Our focus was on scaling what already worked and making it work even better. That effort paid off: SendPulse has grown into a stronger, more capable multi-channel marketing and sales automation platform. And throughout it all, we remained proud to showcase the resilience and ambition of Ukrainian tech to the world.

In this article, we’ll take you through how the platform evolved over the past year — from new features and business opportunities to representing SendPulse at Web Summit in Lisbon. We’ll also give you a look at what’s coming in 2026.

SendPulse by the numbers in 2025

SendPulse is an all-in-one platform built to help businesses communicate with customers, educate their audiences, and drive sales, all in one place. Our largest user communities span Ukraine, Brazil, the United States, Kazakhstan, Israel, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Poland, and Spain.

The numbers from last year tell a clear story: businesses around the world trust SendPulse to power their marketing and sales. And that trust keeps growing. In 2025 alone, we welcomed 350,000 new users to the platform.

Email and automation as the platform foundation

The email service has always been central to what SendPulse does, and in 2025, it showed no signs of slowing down. Our customers sent over 1.2 billion emails every month, and the platform handled every bit of that volume without missing a beat. Deliverability stayed strong, and the infrastructure scaled right alongside demand.

Automation builds directly on that foundation. It gives marketers the tools to design multi-step communication flows that guide users through every stage of their journey. In 2025, we took it further by integrating AI-powered capabilities into the mix. Paired with flexible, dynamic segmentation, these features help businesses better understand subscriber behavior and translate those insights into personalized messages that actually convert.

Chatbots as a growth channel for SMBs

Our chatbot builder has become one of the global leaders for small and mid-sized businesses, and the numbers back it up:

  • 720 million messages move through SendPulse servers every month;
  • 500,000+ active chatbots help businesses automate customer support and sales.

With the SendPulse drag-and-drop builder, companies can create no-code chatbot solutions for all major messaging platforms, including TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. This means businesses can meet customers exactly where they already communicate.

Website builder for online sales

Our website builder lets anyone launch an online business without touching a line of code, and it’s already been used to create more than 330,000 websites. In 2025, our team doubled down on eCommerce. Entrepreneurs can now build and launch commercial landing pages and fully functional online stores entirely on their own, with no developer needed at any stage of the process.

Course builder as a standalone EdTech solution

In 2025, the SendPulse team kept pushing forward with its online course builder. Launched in 2022, the tool has grown remarkably fast, evolving into a standalone EdTech solution that’s already holding its own in a competitive market. The numbers show just how quickly it’s taken off:

  • 17,000 educational projects have been launched on SendPulse;
  • over 1.4 million students already learn using the platform.
Online learning has come a long way. These days, you've got experts, influencers, and online academies everywhere, and most of them are juggling many different tools just to run their programs. Getting it all connected usually means hiring a developer, which takes time and costs money. That's exactly the kind of problem our platform was built to solve.

The ability to manage learning, sales, and marketing in a single environment has become a decisive factor for thousands of entrepreneurs. They looked at what was available and chose SendPulse.

SendPulse at Web Summit Lisbon 2025

In November, Lisbon transformed into the global capital of tech. Web Summit 2025 was no exception, drawing 71,000+ attendees from over 150 countries, 1,800+ investors, and 2,700+ startups across four packed days of talks, demos, and connections.

SendPulse was right in the middle of it. Our team ran a fully interactive booth where visitors could explore the entire platform in action, from AI-powered chatbots and email marketing to the website builder, CRM, automation flows, online course builder, and more. It was a chance to meet customers and partners face to face, and to show a global audience what SendPulse is capable of.

If there was one theme that tied everything together at Web Summit 2025, it was artificial intelligence. It came up on every stage, in every conversation. For us, that felt like confirmation: integrating AI deeply into our tools isn’t just the right direction. It’s exactly what the businesses we serve are ready for.

The infrastructure behind the growth

Reliability isn’t a feature; it’s the foundation of customer trust. In 2025, SendPulse’s infrastructure held firm even during the heaviest traffic spikes of the year, including Black Friday and peak seasonal campaigns. Transactional emails and marketing messages went out on time, every time.

That kind of stability doesn’t happen by accident. In 2025, 228 specialists worked across our international hubs in Ukraine, Brazil, and Mexico, and eight new team members joined during the year, helping us move faster on product development and raise the bar on customer service.

Customer support itself also evolved in 2025. The data shows a clear shift in how users prefer to get help. Live chat requests grew by 10%, while ticket-based support dropped by 33%. The message is clear: users want real answers in real time, and we’re meeting them there.

228 key product updates across the platform

2025 was a year of meaningful progress for SendPulse. We made significant moves in AI integration, expanded the platform’s capabilities, and shifted our focus toward building smart agents and more flexible data management, going well beyond what basic automation can offer.

At the same time, our developers kept improving existing tools and rolling out new features across every part of the platform. The result: 228 product updates shipped in 2025 — nearly one for every workday.

Artificial intelligence across every tool

Artificial intelligence is now woven into every part of the SendPulse platform and it’s already making a real difference in how much users can get done:

  • Chatbots can generate meaningful replies, handle complex conversations, process voice messages, and work with customer files, often resolving issues without a human agent ever stepping in.
  • The AI assistant can build automation flow structures and generate pop-up or website designs from a simple text prompt.
  • Image generation is built directly into the email and website builders, so marketers can create visuals on the spot from a simple prompt instead of digging through stock libraries.
  • Website and page copy are faster to produce, too. AI can write descriptions, button labels, and interface text, and deliver accurate translations when needed.

By integrating leading AI models, including Gemini 3 Pro/Flash, GPT-5.2, and Claude Opus 4.5, SendPulse gives users access to both fast, responsive outputs and deeper analytical power.

CRM enhancements for cleaner data management

In 2025, we made data management in the SendPulse CRM system more efficient and flexible. The system now supports digital products, can automatically calculate taxes, and allows users to export product catalogs.

Keeping that data clean got easier, too. A new feature for merging duplicate deals and contacts helps teams maintain an organized database without the usual hassle. On top of that, document generation from templates inside the deal card, along with expanded user roles, makes day-to-day collaboration smoother across the whole team.

New marketing features for eLearning growth

In 2025, the SendPulse course builder gained several features specifically designed to help edupreneurs grow revenue and improve the student experience:

Smarter pop-ups and AI-powered automation

We rolled out new pop-up widgets to help businesses capture attention and increase conversion rates. And for teams looking to move even faster, you can now connect the MCP server and let an AI agent handle email campaigns, chatbots, and CRM tasks directly, with no complex setup required. Just give it instructions in plain language, and it gets to work.

Email marketing improvements for better campaign performance

The updated mailing list analytics give marketers a faster, clearer picture of their contact list quality and how it’s performing. We’ve also improved onboarding for new users and simplified the API, making the platform easier to adopt across the board, particularly for larger organizations integrating SendPulse into existing workflows.

New website builder features for designers and store owners

We’re testing the new freeform block to give designers complete creative freedom when building pages. We also introduced two-step subscription forms to boost conversions. For eCommerce projects, we added a convenient catalog with filters and expanded analytics. Store owners can now track the performance of each product and see what drives sales.

Automation updates for personalization and support

Our Automation tool got a meaningful upgrade in 2025. A new API block makes it easier to connect with external systems, and several other improvements give marketers more control over how their flows run:

  • more flexible automation flows that adapt to a wider range of business scenarios;
  • the option to send messages directly to personal Telegram accounts;
  • AI-powered guidance for building automation flows that helps new users avoid common mistakes during setup.

Mobile app updates with integrated CRM

We released a new version of the SendPulse mobile app with a fully integrated CRM system. Managing your entire sales pipeline from your smartphone is now as straightforward as it gets.

A stronger partner and agency network

The SendPulse partner community is a global network of experts who help businesses implement effective marketing strategies. In 2025, we made this collaboration even more structured, transparent, and rewarding.

The biggest change was consolidating our referral and agency programs into a unified partner network. We also introduced new partnership tiers, made commission tracking more straightforward, and added team access management tools to the partner dashboard. Finding the right contractor in the partner directory got easier, too, thanks to new sorting options.

Here’s where our partner network stands today:

  • 488 new partners joined SendPulse in 2025;
  • Ukraine, Brazil, and Israel are the countries with the most active sales-generating partners;
  • 334 Silver partners, 142 Gold partners, and 30 Platinum partners are currently part of the network.

Throughout the year, SendPulse has passed over 2,000 qualified leads to partners. Among them, 42.3% were looking for email design and coding services, 29.8% needed help setting up chatbots, and 8.3% were interested in configuring email and SMS campaigns.

What is ahead for SendPulse in 2026

Our 2026 strategy is focused on strengthening the core capabilities of SendPulse, improving platform performance, and expanding integrations, all with the goal of making the system smarter and more autonomous. Our team is already working on it:

  • implementing an updated tracking system for more accurate analytics of user behavior;
  • making architectural changes to speed up the system under extremely high loads;
  • simplifying integrations for developers by creating a single access key for all tools within the platform;
  • working on new interactive scenarios to help beginners get started faster.

Automation

In the first quarter, we plan to introduce subscriber scoring in dynamic segments, which will allow marketers to use an engagement score as a trigger condition in automation flows. Users will be able to automatically launch special campaigns for their most engaged customers or re-engage subscribers whose interest is starting to fade.

CRM system

Future development of our CRM system focuses on three strategic priorities:

  • driving more sales;
  • deeper integrations with marketplaces and delivery services;
  • full two-way contact synchronization between chatbots and the CRM system.

Chatbots

We will continue expanding AI capabilities in chatbots. Our roadmap includes tools for conversation analytics, advanced features for human agents, and support for mini apps. These mini apps will allow businesses to create lightweight applications directly inside messaging platforms, making interactions with brands more engaging and seamless for customers.

eLearning

AI is set to become a full teaching assistant on the platform. Instructors will be able to use it to create tests, generate homework assignments, and automatically check student answers. This will significantly reduce routine work for educators and allow them to focus more on teaching, while making the learning process more effective for students.

App directory

In 2026, we plan to expand our app directory even further with a focus on deeper integrations with delivery services, telephony providers, and global eCommerce platforms. This past year reinforced something we already believed: SendPulse grows when the businesses using it grow. In 2025, we kept building powerful marketing and sales tools for companies around the world.

Conclusion

And the journey doesn’t stop here. With 2026 already underway and new developments in the pipeline, the SendPulse team is ready to keep building a smarter, more connected ecosystem. We’d love for you to be part of it.
