In just ten years, SendPulse has grown from a small email service based in Ukraine into a global multichannel marketing and EdTech platform with over 3 million users. Despite the war and ongoing challenges, the company keeps scaling its products and actively drives innovations.
In this post, SendPulse will share the story behind its growth and give you a glimpse of what’s coming next on the development roadmap.
Where SendPulse stands today
Today, SendPulse has more than 3 million registered users, with over 1,000 new customers joining every day. It has established a strong presence in the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, and other countries while growing its loyal user base in Ukraine.
To become more accessible to users in both English-speaking and non-English-speaking countries, SendPulse has made its interface available in ten languages. Besides, the support team can help customers in five languages around the clock.
Although SendPulse is now an international company, Ukraine remains its key market. At the same time, it’s steadily expanding and investing heavily in Brazil.
Each market is unique: customers are used to different payment systems, and we need to integrate with local solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
Sales funnels vary, too. For instance, in Brazil, a lot of customer communication happens through WhatsApp.

SendPulse is trusted by global brands like Samsung, PwC, Radisson, and Puma, as well as industry leaders like Kärcher, Tata, Viessmann, and Jack Wolfskin. Still, the platform is designed with small and medium-sized businesses in mind. From service businesses and online stores to local startups, the tools are built to meet all of their marketing needs in one place.
Over the years, SendPulse has transformed into an all-in-one platform that helps businesses attract, engage, and retain customers across multiple communication channels. Beyond email marketing, the platform helps users create SMS campaigns, web push notifications, and chatbots for websites, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
SendPulse users send more than 1.2 billion emails and 300 million chatbot messages each month. SendPulse also powers more than 500,000 active chatbots.
However, SendPulse isn’t just about messaging. It also includes a no-code website builder that’s already been used to create over 330,000 websites. This tool is evolving with a strong focus on eCommerce to help businesses quickly launch online stores and targeted landing pages.
In July 2022, the platform introduced an online course builder for independent experts, creators, and companies looking to share and monetize their knowledge. Since it’s integrated with the built-in CRM system and the rest of SendPulse’s toolkit, educators can organize and manage learning experiences within a single workspace. In fact, it’s being used by more than 17,000 course creators to teach around 600,000 students.
Online learning has changed a lot over the past couple of years. There are more creators, influencers, and online academies than ever — all in need of a solution that brings together student management, content delivery, sales funnels, lead tracking, and marketing tools to nurture their audience.
In most cases, people have to juggle multiple platforms and hire developers to connect them, which is costly, complicated, and time-consuming. Our course builder takes care of it all in a single interface.

All these tools work together through a powerful automation system, allowing users to create multi-step, cross-channel flows that cover the entire customer journey. Besides, SendPulse offers advanced segmentation features to help users understand and engage with their audiences more effectively.
SendPulse is committed to staying ahead of the curve, and that means it’s actively adopting artificial intelligence across the platform:
- ChatGPT and other AI models for natural, real-time chatbot and live chat conversations;
- DALL-E for AI-generated images based on text prompts;
- Whisper for automated speech recognition and audio transcriptions.
The company is embedding AI into its own educational content as well. For instance, one of its courses is led by an AI instructor to show how SendPulse tools can simplify the launch and management of EdTech projects.
Recent updates also include smart pop-up forms and enhanced CRM features.
Customer and partner initiatives to grow together
Beyond technology, SendPulse invests in community building and education. The team regularly participates in major offline events and strives to develop its learning hub through SendPulse Academy, webinars, intensive learning programs, and online courses. The primary goal of these events is to help people use the platform efficiently to expand their projects.

SendPulse is also growing its partner network — from certified agencies and developers to affiliate programs and a marketplace of ready-made solutions. This helps partners monetize their skills and services while allowing customers to discover trusted experts and plug-and-play integrations.
What’s next
SendPulse aims to expand its platform with new solutions tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, eCommerce brands, and online educators. In the coming months, the company will be rolling out several new features designed to simplify customer communication and boost users’ campaign performance.
One of the major updates is the integration between SendPulse-powered chatbots and TikTok Ads Manager. It will allow businesses to automatically transfer conversion events from TikTok right into SendPulse for better ad optimization. The platform’s signup forms will also get an upgrade — soon, users will be able to send the collected data directly to a chatbot in the messaging app of their choice.
More external tool integrations are coming too. The team is working on native support for Telegram and voice calls via Aircall, all accessible within SendPulse. These updates will help businesses centralize their communication workflows, reduce response times, and raise the level of customer support.
As to the eCommerce-related features, the team is about to launch a “Product catalog” widget for websites, a “Product purchase” automation trigger, and upgraded WhatsApp campaign features with ad optimization options.
All of these updates reflect SendPulse’s long-term strategy: to build flexible, easy-to-use tools that give businesses more control, help them grow their audience, and maintain lasting customer relationships.
