Why are we updating our pricing plans?
We’re dedicated to continuously improving our services to offer more value to your business. As our platform grows and evolves, the costs of maintaining our infrastructure also increase.
To keep delivering new features, ensuring data security, and supporting our growth, we must review and update our pricing plans from time to time.
What our new pricing plans will look like
Some of our prices will remain unchanged. This applies to the following: chatbots with up to 100,000 subscribers, SMTP, SMS service, and Viber campaigns.

Our pop-up service prices will also increase.
Still, only some pricing changes will apply to our chatbot builder. The prices for plans with up to 100,000 chatbot subscribers will remain the same.
Our website builder will also become slightly more expensive.
The cost of our CRM system will also increase.
The price increase will also affect our online course builder.
How to secure the current SendPulse prices for another year
To lock in the current rates for your favorite tools for the next 12 months, you can purchase an annual subscription by September 2nd. After this date, all new subscriptions will be available only at the new prices.
Here’s what you can do:
- renew your current plan;
- select a new pricing plan;
- create your unique plan using our custom pricing plan builder.
The good news is that our annual plans always come with a discount.
