Students can now ask questions about tests, forms, and certificates in their student account if this feature is included in their plan. Instructors can instantly see which course item the question refers to, making it easier to understand the context and provide timely help.

Use the “History” tab to view changes to your academy settings, courses, groups, and students. Filter records by event name, instructor, or date range to quickly find the information you need. Monitor your team's activity and stay informed about recent updates.

In your paid course plan settings, set the maximum number of students who can purchase it. Once the limit is reached, you can only enroll new students manually in the “Students” tab. This helps you sell premium plans with limited spots and highlight the exclusivity of your offer. 

Add third-party code or custom JavaScript in your academy settings to enhance student accounts without hiring an expert. Easily integrate analytics, support chat, feedback forms, and other custom tools to level up your academy and create a tailored learning experience.

For every test question, select an image, audio, or video response type and add media files to the answer options with explanatory text. This will help you create more engaging and interactive tests. To give you an idea, language course students can compare multiple audio clips and choose the one with the correct pronunciation.

Click “Import questions” in the builder sidebar, download the CSV or XLSX template, complete it following the sample format, and upload the file. The system automatically adds correctly formatted questions to your test and displays errors to help you fix them quickly. You can import up to 200 questions at once instead of adding them manually.

Turn on the “Show answers randomly” option in your test settings to shuffle answer choices every time a student takes the test. This helps you reduce cheating and assess students' knowledge more accurately.

Add standard and custom fields from your CRM contact cards to certificate text elements as variables. When a certificate is generated, SendPulse automatically fills in the student’s data, like their group name or proficiency level, so there's no need to edit every certificate manually.

Now you can turn on the “Disable text paste” option in the assignment settings. After that, students will only be able to type in their answers manually instead of pasting them from external sources. This helps you assess their knowledge more accurately and supports more effective learning.

In the “Students” tab, select multiple students, click “Fast login email” on the upper toolbar, and confirm sending. This lets you quickly help multiple students access or regain access to their student accounts without sending every email manually.

Students can view attached files directly in lessons through Microsoft Office Viewer or Google Viewer, without switching to another browser tab. This lets them study course materials in a single interface without losing context. The built-in preview supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, and PPTX files.

Go to the student card or the CRM contact card → “Courses,” expand the course details, and click "Confirm payment" next to the pricing plan to manually change its status to "Paid." This lets you quickly confirm payments received by bank transfer or in cash.

In course settings, you can duplicate a selected pricing plan along with all its settings. Once copied, simply edit the duplicate as needed and activate it as a new pricing plan. This helps you create new pricing plans faster with less manual work.

When filtering students by progress, you can now choose whether they should match all selected conditions or any of them. For instance, you can quickly find students who have completed at least one of the selected lessons or tests. This allows you to segment students more accurately based on their progress and better analyze their learning activity.

The system now prevents multiple invitation processes from running simultaneously to avoid sending duplicate invitation emails to students. If invitations are already being sent, the "Invite" button is locked across the account until the process is complete, then unlocked automatically without reloading the page.

Students can now find lessons, tests, forms, sections, and certificates across all their courses from a single search field, without opening every course individually. As soon as they type in at least three characters, matching results appear in real time with the item type and course name. A click takes them directly to the relevant content. Search results are filtered based on the student's plan.

Turn on the “Mandatory file attachment” option in assignment settings. Students will see a reminder in their account and won’t be able to submit their answer until they attach a presentation, spreadsheet, image, or another required file. This helps ensure assignment submissions are complete and follow the expected format.

If a student forgot to download their certificate or couldn't do it on their own, you can quickly send them the document. To do this, go to the student card → the “Courses” tab, and download any issued certificate.

Now not only new but also existing students can enroll in your courses using the “Login” widget embedded on your website. Their email address is added to the form automatically, so they can confirm enrollment and complete payment in just a few clicks. This reduces friction and helps them start learning sooner.

You can now enroll students in paid courses and accept payments through the “Login” widget on your course website. To do this, simply select the required course and pricing plan in the widget settings. This will help you enhance your course website and streamline the purchase process for students.

In your course settings, give students on specific pricing plans the option to extend their access for a selected timeframe for free or for an additional fee. This will help you profit from additional learning time and drive repeat sales. After their access expires, they can renew it using the “Continue access” button in their student accounts.

Use student tags to show or hide banners in each student’s account and tailor your offers to different audiences. You can, for example, promote an advanced course to students with the “Completed basic course” tag or hide it from those with the “Completed advanced course” tag. Display conditions update as soon as you change them in the academy settings.

To find a relevant submission quickly, go to "Assignment answers" and filter the list by course plan. For instance, you can view extra assignments submitted by students who received them as part of your Pro plan.

In the “Students” tab, learners who are not enrolled in any course have the “No course” status. Use this filter to find them quickly, then enroll them in your course or remove them from your academy to free up your plan limit.

The system now creates dedicated pages for each product automatically and keeps its details in sync. In your store settings, choose which categories to show and set a consistent page style, then manage SEO settings and links in CRM product cards.

When removing a student, you can now select the courses they should be removed from. The system also warns that the student’s progress in those courses will be permanently deleted. This gives you more precise audience management and helps prevent accidental data loss.

In your course test settings, you can select how many questions from the list will be shown to every student. Scores will be calculated based only on these questions. On top of that , you can turn on randomized question order to give every student a unique mix of questions, making it much harder to share answers and cheat.

The exported spreadsheet now brings together student responses to all form questions, except those that required file uploads, into one structured table. Multiple answers to the same question are grouped into a single cell and separated by commas, so you can work through large datasets without any extra sorting or cleanup.

You can now add comments to your student assignment results to clarify why their answers need revision or what could be done better. Students will see these comments in the assignment chats linked directly to the responses you're referring to. This will keep feedback clear and actionable, cut down on back-and-forth, and help students learn from their mistakes faster.

Add the “Upselling & Cross-selling” element to any lesson, then head to the “Cross-selling” tab and select a course and pricing plans you’d like to promote. Target offers based on students’ current plans and present them during learning to boost conversions from your existing audience without extra marketing spend.
