New action in CRM-triggered automated flows
CRM-triggered automated flows now include the “Change team member” action. This allows you to automatically reassign deals, tasks, or contacts to other team members. If you don’t select a team member, or the selected one is deleted or inactive, the reassignment will not go through, but your flow will continue to run.
