Integration with Perfectum
Perfectum is a CRM+ERP system designed to streamline business operations, catering to small, medium, and large businesses.
The Perfectum and SendPulse integration enables users to send personalized emails to contacts, track email history, and set up automated campaigns based on specific triggers. Additionally, Perfectum provides in-depth statistics to measure your email campaign effectiveness, making it a powerful tool for customer engagement and management.

- Send personalized emails in Perfectum to your contacts by simply clicking their email addresses.
- Automatically save your email history within the system and link it to corresponding leads and customers.
- Set up and send automated email campaigns triggered by specific events or user actions.
- Access detailed statistics and email sending history, receiving insights into your email campaign effectiveness.
How to integrate Perfectum with SendPulse
- In your SendPulse account, go to “SMTP,” and click Get Started.
- Fill out your user profile — this information allows our moderators to decide whether to approve your account.
- Go to the “SMTP” section > “SMTP settings,” and copy your data from the “Server,” “Port,” “Login,” and “Password” fields.
- Go to your Perfectum account > “Settings” > “Configuration” > “Applications” > “Email Campaigns.” Paste the copied data from your SendPulse account.
- Additionally, configure the following fields:
- Mail queue – choose to enable or disable your email queue.
- Exclude duplicate recipients in the mailing – remove duplicate recipients in your email campaigns.
- Default sender name – specify your sender name.
- Default sender email – specify your sender email address.
- Email protocol – select your SMTP.
- Email encryption – specify your SSL.
- SMTP Host – specify your service’s host settings (for SendPulse, it’s smtp-pulse.com).
- SMTP Port – specify your service's port settings (for SendPulse, it’s 465).
- SMTP User – specify your login from the SendPulse SMTP settings.
- SMTP Password – specify your password from the SendPulse SMTP settings.
- Email encoding – specify UTF-8.
- Number of emails per hour – used with mail queue enabled.
- Access your tracking information (API ID and API Secret).
- Wait for a successful setup confirmation.
If your setup is successful, you can start creating email campaigns in the "Email Campaigns" tab. To integrate with Gmail, generate an application password, and enable two-step verification.
Ensure that the SSL encryption is enabled for your Gmail integration.
