Install the Integration
Go to the Marketplace, search for “Google Calendar Integration,” and click “Install.”
Authorize with Google
Sign in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions (OAuth scopes for calendar access).
Configure the Sync
Choose the calendar you want to connect. Select the CRM pipeline, assign a responsible user, and pick the task board for synchronization.
Save Settings
Review your configuration and save it. You’ll see a dashboard showing your connected calendar, the number of synced events, and control options.
Start Syncing
Events created in Google Calendar will now appear in the CRM as tasks and deals. Events from CRM will also show up in your calendar.
Manage the Integration
Use the dashboard to pause, delete, or update the integration at any time.
