New automation launch triggers based on your students’ actions
In Automation 360, you can now launch flows that get triggered when students sign up for your course, complete payments, finish your course, or meet all conditions to receive your course certificate.
Automated deal status change in the “Action” element of Automation 360
You can now automatically change the deal status for a contact progressing through your flow, allowing you to update their CRM statuses based on specific conditions. For instance, when your prospect abandoned their cart but ended up completing their purchase after receiving your reminder.
You can now filter flows by hours and minutes and specify dynamic variable values.
New events to stop your flow
You can now select several events that will stop your flow. For instance, you can stop your sales pipeline when your customer makes a purchase or adds a product to their cart.
Email validation in Automation 360
Now the system automatically checks the subject and body of the email, highlights possible errors in variables and regular expressions, and offers correction options.
New variable options
With the “Action” element, you can now add a variable to your mailing list by specifying another variable value. It can be applied to string values within the same mailing list.
Flow launch frequency in Automation 360
You can now choose the flow launch frequency for your contacts. It’s especially useful when adding subscribers to your mailing lists and creating deals in your CRM system.
Meet WhatsApp templates now in automated funnels
Automatically send templated messages to your WhatsApp chatbot subscribers when certain conditions are met with Automation 360.
The automatic funnels service updates
We have implemented new service features for automating the sales funnel: up to 5 variables in the "Filter" block, triggers for starting section-based flows, an updated builder interface, an option to send flows to the user's primary email address, and other new features.
