## Subscriptions

An SMTP subscription is priced by the number of transactional emails you may send each month, and the plans differ by that number. The allowance is monthly: emails and traffic volume that you do not use are not carried over, and the allowance starts again with the next month. Changing plan does not transfer what is left either.

Price is a lookup by tier, not a per-email rate. Choose the smallest tier that is greater than or equal to the number of emails you send in a month.

A tier also sets how many messages you may send per hour and how many sending domains you may use, and a plan sets a traffic volume as well. The SMTP limits page of the knowledge base describes those limits in full.

The tiers belong to three plans. Basic is the free tier of 12,000 emails per month. The paid tiers up to 300,000 emails are the Pro plan, and the tiers from 500,000 emails up are the Enterprise plan; both add a dedicated IP address and an unlimited number of sending domains.

A subscription renews every month until it is cancelled. It can also be prepaid for 6 or 12 months at a discount. The table publishes the price per month of each term: a term costs that price multiplied by the number of months of the term.

The free Basic tier carries no price and is therefore not listed in the table below.

### Plans

Prices are in the currency stated in the header. Rows are tiers, and a tier is the number of emails you may send in one month. The messages and domains columns are limits of the tier, not prices.

- Basic, free: 12,000 emails per month, 50 messages per hour, and 2 sending domains.
- Pro: a dedicated IP address, an unlimited number of sending domains, and from 8,000 messages per hour; the table gives the hourly limit of each tier.
- Enterprise: a dedicated IP address, an unlimited number of sending domains, and 20,000 messages per hour.

Every tier, free and paid, carries DKIM, SPF and DMARC records, a custom tracking domain, sending over SMTP relay, and sending over the API.

## Pay as you go

One-time packs of emails, in the currency stated in the header. The price is for the whole pack.

A pack is bought once and is not renewed, so no monthly charge follows it. The emails it holds stay available for 12 months after the purchase. A pack carries the same sending features as a subscription.

Use a pack when you send transactional emails from time to time, and a subscription when you send every month.

## Managing your plan

These steps run inside your SendPulse account, not on the pricing page.

- To change your plan: open the SMTP tab, select the Pricing plans section, click My subscriptions, choose a plan and click Activate.
- To pay for a plan: open the SMTP tab, select the Pricing plans section and choose a plan. SendPulse accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, and PayPal.
- To stop the automatic renewal of a subscription: click the avatar in the upper-right corner of your account, open Payments, select the plan and click Cancel subscription.

Choose the plan by the number of emails you send each month.
