## Subscriptions

A pop-up subscription is priced by the number of unique views per month, not by the number of pop-ups you build. A view is counted once per visitor.

Price is a lookup by tier, not a per-view rate. Choose the smallest tier that is greater than or equal to the number of views you expect. A month that falls between two tiers is billed at the higher one.

A tier also sets two limits: how many projects you may run and how many pop-ups each account may hold. Both are unlimited from the 100,000 views tier on.

There is one paid plan, Pro. A subscription renews every month until it is cancelled, and it can also be prepaid for 6 or 12 months at a discount. The table below publishes the monthly price and both prepaid totals, so no arithmetic is needed.

A Free plan also exists, for up to 5,000 views per month. It carries no price and is therefore not listed in the table below. Above 2,000,000 views per month, contact the sales team for a VIP plan.

### Plans

Prices are in the currency stated in the header. Rows are view tiers. The project and pop-up columns are limits of the tier, not prices.

- Free, for a startup or a small local business: up to 5,000 views per month, 1 project, 5 pop-ups per account, an unlimited number of subscribers, and the SendPulse logo on every pop-up.
- Pro, for an online store, an online school or an agency: everything in Free, plus video pop-ups, A/B testing, lead location data, webhooks, Google Analytics, custom variables, NPS pop-ups, and no SendPulse logo. The number of subscribers stays unlimited.

The pricing page shows 3 projects and 10 pop-ups next to the Pro plan: those are the limits of the smallest paid tier, and the table gives the limits of every tier.

## Managing your plan

These steps run inside your SendPulse account, not on the pricing page.

- To change your plan: open the Pop-ups tab, select the Pricing plans section, click My subscriptions, choose a plan and click Activate.
- To pay for a plan: open the Pop-ups tab, select the Pricing plans section and choose a plan. SendPulse accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, and PayPal.
- To stop the automatic renewal of a subscription: click the avatar in the upper-right corner of your account, open Payments, select the plan and click Cancel subscription.

Choose the plan by the number of unique views you expect in a month.
