## Subscriptions

A subscription is priced by the size of your contact list, not by how many emails you send. Paid subscriptions have no monthly sending limit.

Price is a lookup by tier, not a per-subscriber rate. Choose the smallest tier that is greater than or equal to your number of subscribers. A list that falls between two tiers is billed at the higher one.

Plan and tier are chosen independently. The plan - Free, Standard, Pro or Enterprise - decides which features and limits you get, and the tier decides how many subscribers you may store. The paid plans share the same tier ladder, so changing plan never changes the list size you are allowed. Enterprise is the exception: that plan starts at 2,500 contacts.

A subscription renews every month from the day you activate it, until you cancel it. It can also be prepaid for 6 or 12 months at a discount. The plan table below publishes the monthly price only: a prepaid term costs that monthly price multiplied by the number of months, less the discount shown for that period in the billing periods table.

A Free plan also exists, for up to 500 subscribers and up to 15,000 emails per month. It carries no price and is therefore not listed in the tables below; the plans section describes what it includes.

### Plans

Price per month, in the currency stated in the header. Rows are subscriber tiers and columns are plans, so one row compares the plans at the same list size. A cell reading n/a means that plan does not offer that tier.

The plans differ by feature set and by list size, not by sending volume - every paid plan sends an unlimited number of emails.

- Free, for a first campaign: up to 500 subscribers and up to 15,000 emails per month, 3 sender email addresses, 250 MB of image storage, 5 automated flows of up to 50 elements, 1 event, 100 email verifications, 140+ editable templates, the drag-and-drop email builder, contact import from TXT, CSV, XLS and XLSX files, multichannel subscription forms, basic features in Automation, and open and click-through analytics.
- Standard, for a growing business: everything in Free, plus an unlimited number of emails, 100 sender email addresses, 1 GB of image storage, 3 users per account, 10 automated flows of up to 70 elements, 10 events, 10 saved segments, A/B testing with 3 test groups on lists over 20 contacts, static subscriber segmentation, scheduled sending by date and time, advanced features in Automation, payment processing inside emails, and no SendPulse branding.
- Pro, for eCommerce and online courses: everything in Standard, plus tags and reengagement emails, 300 sender email addresses, 2 GB of image storage, 10 users per account, 50 automated flows of up to 150 elements, 50 events, 50 saved segments, A/B testing with 4 test groups on lists over 30 contacts, dynamic subscriber segmentation, 1,000 email verifications, expert-level features in Automation, and onboarding with a dedicated coordinator.
- Enterprise, for a large company: everything in Pro with the counted limits removed - sender email addresses, users, automated flows, flow elements, events and saved segments are all unlimited - plus 5 GB of image storage, the full A/B testing suite with 5 test groups on lists over 40 contacts, 2 websites and 2 bio link pages, dedicated support, and a number of email verifications that follows the size of the plan. This plan starts at 2,500 contacts.

Every plan, Free included, comes with the API and webhooks, the Make, Zapier, WordPress, Shopify and Creatio integrations, statistics and analytics, 24/7 live chat and email support, the Help Center, the YouTube guides, the SendPulse community and the certified partner catalogue.

## Pay as you go

One-time email packs, in the currency stated in the header. The price shown is for the whole pack. Rows are pack sizes and columns are plans, and a cell reading n/a means that plan does not offer that pack.

A pack is bought once and is not renewed, so no monthly charge follows it. The emails it contains stay available for 12 months from the date of purchase. When the emails run out, or the 12 months end, buy another pack.

A pack is sized by the number of emails you plan to send, while a subscription is sized by the number of subscribers you store. A pack is sold on the Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans, and a plan carries the same features as the subscription plan of that name, so the differences described above apply here as well.

Use a pack for occasional or seasonal sending, and a subscription for regular monthly sending.

## Managing your plan

These steps run inside your SendPulse account, not on the pricing page.

- To change your plan: open the Email tab, select the Pricing plans section, click My subscriptions, choose a plan and click Activate.
- To pay for a plan: open the Email tab, select the Pricing plans section and choose a plan. SendPulse accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, and PayPal.
- To stop the automatic renewal of a subscription: click the avatar in the upper-right corner of your account, open Payments, select the plan and click Cancel subscription.

Choose the plan by the features you need and by the size of your mailing list.
