## Subscriptions

A course platform subscription is priced by the number of students you may teach, not by the number of courses you publish. Every paid tier carries an unlimited number of courses.

Price is a lookup by tier, not a per-student rate. Choose the smallest tier that is greater than or equal to your number of students. A number that falls between two tiers is billed at the higher one.

A tier also sets two limits: how many instructors you may add and how much file storage you get. Both grow with the tier, and the storage can be extended.

There is one paid plan, Pro. A subscription renews every month until it is cancelled, and it can also be prepaid for 6 or 12 months at a discount. The table below publishes the monthly price and both prepaid totals, so no arithmetic is needed.

A Basic plan is free, for 1 course, 1 instructor, up to 200 students and 1 GB of file storage. It carries no price and is therefore not listed in the table below. The pricing page calls that plan Basic and the FAQ calls it Free.

### Plans

Prices are in the currency stated in the header. Rows are student tiers. The instructor and storage columns are limits of the tier, not prices.

- Basic, to launch a free course and build an audience: free, 1 course, 1 instructor, up to 200 students, 1 GB of file storage, a course website, the certificate builder, student reviews and ratings, a dashboard with detailed statistics, the learning management system, and the Education by SendPulse mobile app.
- Pro: everything in Basic, plus an unlimited number of courses, paid courses and promo codes, user roles with their own permissions and restrictions, a personalized course link and a custom domain, branding settings, web push notifications for students, a certificate of your own, the best student reviews shown on the course website and in the accounts of the students, course edit history, copying materials between courses, a completion time limit, the course recommendation system, and styling of the student account.

Every paid tier carries a custom course domain and an unlimited number of courses, so those two are stated here and not repeated in the table. The number of instructors and the storage of each tier are in the table; the pricing page shows the smallest paid tier, with 10 instructors and 15 GB.

## Managing your plan

These steps run inside your SendPulse account, not on the pricing page.

- To change your plan: open the EDU tab, select the Pricing plans section, click My subscriptions, choose a plan and click Activate.
- To pay for a plan: open the EDU tab, select the Pricing plans section and choose a plan. SendPulse accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, and PayPal.
- To stop the automatic renewal of a subscription: click the avatar in the upper-right corner of your account, open Payments, select the plan and click Cancel subscription.

Choose the plan by the number of students you teach.
