We’re looking for a driven individual to join our US sales operations as we grow our business in the US. 

The Sales Development Representative is an integral part of our team. Pipeline development is essential to our success. If you like to engage customers in business conversations about a solution that has strategic impact, then this could be the role for you. About the Role:

Top 3 Things You’ll be doing:

# 1 – Building Prospect Lists and Qualify Marketing Leads

You will be working with our CRM and database sources leveraging technology to build accurate lists and find accurate contact information for leads in specific industries or locations. You will also serve

as the initial point of contact with inbound prospects as well as utilize outbound calling for targeted companies.  

# 2 – Call and Email Leads

Regularly reach out to leads with a combination of cold calls and templated emails to build and manage lead development pipeline.

# 3 – Set up Demos

Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions and set up online demos for high value prospects with the objective of meeting and exceeding opportunity generation quotas.


  • Research, develop, and validate target lead lists
  • Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up
  • Work with sales team to identify prospects
  • Set appointments with qualified prospects for sales team 
  • Participate in local conferences
  • Conduct initial lead qualification 
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Sendpulse solution offerings

  • Experience leveraging social media for prospect identification and development
  • Experience selling SaaS products (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • CRM experience
  • Startup experience a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience
